Community Boat:
A 2006 Malibu LXI tournament ski boat is available for the homeowners to use if they choose that option. Our LXI is specially equipped for Trophy Lake Estates II with Perfect Pass Pro speed control, AM-FM-CD stereo radio, three vent heater, wakeboard tower, wakeboard wedge for wake enhancement, and many more fine Malibu features. Common Area Boathouse:
The boathouse is located on the south east side of the lake to provide a perfect starting dock for watersports events. Nine permanent concrete posts were installed when the lake was built. This type of construction will allow the waves to roll underneath the boat house and dissipate at the shore line. The boathouse is located in sufficient water depth to allow operators to drive the boat into the structure and to lift the boat out of the water from above with a permanently installed "Doozie" boat lift that is structurally part of the boathouse. A large starting dock / deck is shown next to the boat slip as well.
