Trophy Lake Estates IV is a three lake project with a swimming pond in the middle of two lakes. One lake has been intentionally built longer to cater to barefooting, wakeboarding and traditional jumping. This project will have a wonderful clubhouse with an eating area, lockers and two club boats, two tennis courts, walking paths, sand volleyball and a basketball court. The site will include slalom courses, a barefoot ramp and a three-event ramp. Lake constrution on the first two lakes and swimming pond is complete.

The project is phased to construct the East two lakes first and the west lake after additional reservations are made. A total of 49 lake lots are platted, 4 of which will be non-powerboat lots. 11 off-water non-powerboat lots will also be available for folks that want the privacy of a gated community but do not care about the skiing privileges.  

For insurance purposes, and to be in compliance with our associations covenants, the lakes will be made available to buyers once they have closed on their lots.

The boathouse for TLE IV will be different from our existing projects.  It will be the social center for skiers and families that just want a fun place to hang out.  It will be located between the lakes near the water way that connects them. See Sketch below (click to enlarge as a pdf).  Some of the features include:

• South side will have stalls and track systems for 4 boats with overhead doors that open to the West lake.
• Inside walls will have lockers for owners’ ski equipment.
• Wall between the covered deck area (located on the north end of the building) will have 2 bathrooms and a counter top area and sink for picnicking.
• 20' X 30' deck area will have great visibility to both lakes.
• Gas grill and refrigerator will be kept in the boathouse for picnic essentials.
• At the time the boathouse is constructed, we will complete the bridge over the water way connecting the lakes, allowing us to utilize a parking area on the south side of the lake with a short walk to the community boat house.

 
If you didn't have a chance to ski TLE IV in 2009... you don't know what you are missiing.  Whether you are into slalom, wakeboarding or barefooting... you won't find a better ride in the state.  Hope to see you there next season!!
