Trophy Lake Estates IV is a three lake project with a swimming pond in the middle of two lakes. One lake has been intentionally built longer to cater to barefooting. This project will have a wonderful clubhouse with an eating area, lockers and two club boats, two tennis courts, walking paths, sand volleyball and a basketball court. The site will include slalom courses, a barefoot ramp and a three-event ramp.

The project is phased to construct the East two lakes first and the west lake after additional reservations are made. A total of 49 lake lots are platted, 4 of which will be non-powerboat lots. 11 off-water non-powerboat lots exist.

The grading plan and plat maps are ready to go. Since the plat approval process has not officially begun, the lot sizes and easement locations are subject to change. Final plat approval is expected by the city, at which time we will begin the lot selection process. Preliminary review with regulators has been positive.

The primary excavation process is expected to be 3 months worth of work with an additional 30 to 45 days for rain delays. We plan to start on the east side of the acreage and work our way west.

For insurance purposes, and to be in compliance with our associations covenants, the lakes will be made available to buyers once they have closed on their lots. Utilization of the east lake will be open to everyone as long as you have a lot closed somewhere in the project. Completion of the middle lake will follow soon.. The inaugural ski ride on each lake will be reserved for the first lot buyers to get their lots closed.
