Sesitec 2.0 creating the complete water sports package at TLE IV. We are excited as TLE IV becomes a total water sports venue.  Whether you are interested in traditional water sports, kneeboarding, barefooting, or wakeboarding... we have it all. (Videos on 2.0 below)

The non-powerboat lots at TLE IV have access to the cable park. The cable park will also be available to powerboat lot owners allowing them access to the compliment of water sports venues. Ask us about partnership options.

10K Wakes is on site this summer from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM coaching wakeboard lessons on the 2.0 and the East lake. Cable Lessons on the 2.0 will be offered 7 days a week. 10K Wakes is also available to lot owners who want to get a quick ski ride to accommodate busy work schedules.
