We were drawn to Sioux Falls by local folks that suggested it would be a great spot for a Trophy Lake Estates community.  We agree.  Early in 2008, we had a group meeting with potential lot buyers in the Sioux Falls area and lot of great visits with people in the community since.  The 2009 boat show was a particularly good place for us to make connections.

In spite of the current economic issues, we feel fortunate to have people continue to express interest in our projects.  They are specialized, low density with large lots and wide open common areas in addition to the private man-made lakes we create.  We anticipate that TLE VI in Sioux Falls will be designed with features and amenities similar to our TLE IV and V locations.  I encourage you to look at the tabs listed under the TLE IV and TLE V locations on our website to familiarize yourself with what our projects are all about.
